This Privacy Policy explains the data collection and use practices of SellFast.com and its affiliates on the website SellFast.com and all sub-web pages, (“Websites”). By using the Websites, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge its validity. You further agree to forego use of the Websites if their use is not lawful where accessed.

  • This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by SellFast.com via the Websites and other features, content or applications offered from time to time by SellFast.com in connection with the Websites. The Websites are hosted in the United States.
  • This Privacy Policy covers how SellFast.com collects, uses and shares information, including personal information that you provide to us and information we collect automatically related to your use of the Websites and services.
  • This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that SellFast.com does not own or control, to content or information not generated by SellFast.com, or to acts of people that SellFast.com does not employ or manage.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

All leads are processed by SellFast.com and provided to local buyers who may contact you via phone, text, mail or email. If you receive marketing messages from SellFast.com, you may unsubscribe from future messages in accordance with the standard unsubscribe process (such as by using the unsubscribe link included in an email), or by sending an unsubscribe request to us at [email protected] . Please note that if you opt out in this manner, certain aspects of our services may no longer be available to you. If you receive marketing messages from local buyers, you will need to contact such buyers directly to unsubscribe from their services or exercise any rights regarding your information, since we do not control such independent buyers.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

We collect information in the aggregate form through the use of cookies and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, such as demographic information and browsing patterns, including the domain and host from which you access the internet, your domain name, the IP address of the computer you are using, the name of the page that referred you to us, the date and times you enter and exit the Websites, the pages you visit before and after visiting the Websites, the web pages, video content and advertisements you view and links you click on within the Websites, unique identifiers, including mobile device identification numbers that can identify the physical location of such devices in accordance with applicable law, and information collected through web beacons and other technologies. We will retain your information for as long as your inquiry is active or as needed in connection with your use of the Websites and services, and for a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with our standard procedures or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your level of interaction with us, we may not have collected your personal information from all of the categories listed in the Privacy Policy above. We collect and use your personal information for the business or commercial purposes described above, including in the section titled Use of Information, and retain it pursuant to the section titled Information Retention. We share all the categories of personal information that we collect with our authorized third-party service providers for business or commercial purpose.

The information we sell to local buyers is sold to them in real-time.   • Right to nondiscrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights. Unless permitted by the State Privacy Laws, we will not: (i) deny you goods or services; (ii) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; (iii) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or(iv)suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

After submitting a request, we will take steps to verify your identity in order for us to properly respond and confirm that it is not a fraudulent request. In order to verify your identity, we will ask, at a minimum, that you provide your name, email address, and relationship to us, so that we can seek to match this information with the information existing in our systems. When providing us this information, you represent and affirm that all information provided is true and accurate. If we are unable to verify that the consumer submitting the request is the same individual about whom we have collected personal information, we may contact you for more information, or we may not be able to meet your request.

Only you, or an agent legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information. If you are making a request as the authorized agent of a consumer, we will ask you also submit reliable proof that you have been authorized in writing by the consumer to act on such consumer’s behalf.

Response Time; Your Right to Appeal: We will make every effort to respond to your request within 45 days from when you contacted us. If you have a complex request, State Privacy Laws allow us up to 90 days to respond. We will contact you within 45 days from when you contacted us to inform you of the need for additional time and the reason for such extension. We may charge you a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs if your requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

If we decline to take action on a request that you have submitted, we will inform you of our reasons for doing so, and provide instructions for how to appeal the decision. Depending on your state of residence you may have the right to appeal within a reasonable period of time after you have received our decision. If you have this appeal right, within 60 days (45 days for residents of Colorado) of our receipt of your appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with a method for contacting your state attorney general’s office to submit a complaint.

CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and will post any changes as soon as they go into effect without prior notice to you.
