Q. Can you really buy my house in seven days or less?
It depends on your situation. If title is clear, then we are often able to close in a week or less.
Q. How do you determine the price you will offer on my house?

We take several factors into consideration including the condition of the property, age of the home, any needed repairs, and the sales prices of similar homes. Then we put that information together and come up with an offer that works for both you and us.

Q. Do you charge any fees or commissions to work with you?

No. We will not charge you any fees to buy your house or to give you an offer.

Q. In what way are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents want to list your property, and they also charge commissions. We buy houses directly from homeowners. We do not charge any commissions, and we are usually able to pay all of the closing costs.

Q. What kind of properties do you buy?

We buy houses, manufactured homes, condos, apartments, land, commercial properties and just about any other type of real estate.

Q. Do you pay fair prices?

Yes. The majority of the houses that we buy are in need of updates or repairs. We buy houses that are in good condition as well.

Q. Is there any obligation once I submit my information?

No. You will be under NO obligation when you submit your information. Once you tell us about your property, we will prepare an offer that we believe will solve your real estate problems.

Q. Where do you buy property at?

We buy houses nationwide and we have local offices or affiliates in nearly every market within the United States.

Q. Can you buy properties that are facing foreclosure?

Yes, we regularly buy properties that are going through the foreclosure process, and in doing so we are able to stop the foreclosure altogether.

Q. Are you going to list my house or actually buy it?

We do not list properties. We actually buy houses and other types of real estate.
